Initial consultation
We will initially meet with you and develop a detailed understanding
of your needs (This is a no obligation service).
Concept Design
Our design team can partner with you to develop a design
concept that meets your lifestyle needs. We will provide facts and
pricing estimates so you are well informed at the start of the project,
not at its completion.
Building & Development
Approvals
Once you decide to build, we finalise design, construction and internal
specifications, handle development and building approvals and finalise
pricing in readiness for you to commit to a fixed price building
contract.
Construction
Our building team work closely with you to plan the commencement
of the construction activities to minimize disruption to you, your
family and your neighbours. They control day to day on site building
activities, attend site meetings and contact you regularly to answer
any questions you may have throughout the process.
Management
During the construction process our Building Manager and/or
Managing Director will visit your site and welcome any comments from
you about the process.
